1. Overview

At RoTheme, we provide digital products and services, including but not limited to website themes, design assets, and custom development for Ragnarok Online.
Because all of our products are digital and instantly delivered, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, compatibility details, and demo links before making a purchase.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled after payment has been processed and the download link has been issued.
  • If your payment has been made but the product has not yet been delivered or made available, you may contact us immediately at support@rotheme.com to request a cancellation before fulfillment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for digital goods once they are downloaded or accessed.

However, a refund may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  2. Corrupt or Non-Functional File: If the product file is damaged, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
  3. Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the product link within 24 hours after payment and support could not verify delivery.
  4. Unauthorized Purchase: If verified proof of an unauthorized transaction is provided (subject to investigation).

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product or assumed it included different features.
  • You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use or install the product.
  • Your hosting/server environment is incompatible with the theme, and it’s not an issue caused by the product itself.
  • You failed to read the documentation, demo, or compatibility notes before buying.
  • Custom work or services (e.g., theme customization, installation, or scripting) once delivered.

5. No Refunds are Applicable.

6. Technical Support

All purchases include limited support as stated on the product page.
Refund requests submitted for lack of support or delayed replies do not qualify unless our team fails to deliver assistance within a reasonable period (7 business days).

RoTheme reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
