You may use the product on your own projects or on a client project, as per the license you purchased.

You may not claim ownership of any product or design purchased from RoTheme.
You may modify products for your personal or client use, provided that the modified versions are not resold or distributed.

Violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on rotheme.com are in USD or INR, depending on your region.
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal, Razorpay, or Stripe).
RoTheme does not store or have access to your complete payment information.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

After a successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to your product via email or your account dashboard.

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at support@rotheme.com with your order details.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Since our products are digital, refunds are not applicable.

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on RoTheme, you are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date
Reporting unauthorized access to your account immediately

For custom web development, design, or scripting services:

All work is done based on written communication and mutual agreement.
Custom work is non-refundable once delivered.
You retain usage rights to the delivered project, but RoTheme retains code authorship unless otherwise agreed.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The products will be compatible with all hosting environments or configurations.
Support will be available indefinitely for discontinued products.

RoTheme is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data corruption caused by the use or misuse of our products.

12. Limitation of Liability

Direct, indirect, or incidental damages
Loss of profits or data
Downtime, bugs, or incompatibility issues
